Thank you for shopping with Fluted Deco. We carefully prepare and package every order to ensure your products arrive safely and in the best possible condition.

ORDER PROCESSING

Many of our products are made and 3D printed with care. Please allow approximately 2-5 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

During busy periods, promotions or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA

We currently deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier services.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Please note that courier delivery times are estimates and do not include our order processing time.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number and shipping information are correct before completing your order.

Fluted Deco cannot be held responsible for delays or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we do our best to dispatch orders on time, courier delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including public holidays, severe weather or high courier volumes.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Where tracking is available, your tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please keep the original packaging and provide clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and damaged product so that we can assess the issue and assist you.

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so that we can assist with investigating the delivery with the courier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Fluted Deco currently ships within South Africa only. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
